Kava powder, in Micronized/Instant a form, is the traditional powder but with the sizable pieces of wood removed, then the remaining powder is ground to a powdered sugar-like consistency. This makes it easier to digest and makes it much easier to prepare than the traditional, medium grind Kava form.

To prepare Micronized/Instant Kava, mix about a tablespoon into 6-10 oz. of any beverage that is non-alcoholic. Juices and smoothies are popular choices as they can help to mitigate the earthy taste of the Kava root powder.
