It can help with resuming normal cycles after discontinuing prescription birth control pills, and can help regulate cycle flows. It is also considered a blood tonic for men and women by promoting blood circulation, and has other applications to address tinnitus caused by blood weakness, blurred vision and palpitations, relieving pain of injuries, and may prevent anemia.
