OUR POLICY LASTS 30 DAYS. IF 30 DAYS HAVE GONE BY SINCE YOUR PURCHASE, UNFORTUNATELY WE CAN’T OFFER YOU A REFUND OR EXCHANGE.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original, sealed packaging. Custom formulations, including herbal blends, tinctures, or powders are nonrefundable or exchangeable under any circumstances.
Refund (If Applicable) – For single, pre-packaged products, bulk herbs/teas, and solid objects without damage, once you have brought your item back to the store and your return is received and inspected, you may be given a cash refund or store exchange credit.
Defective Product (If Applicable) – We only replace items if they are manufactured defective. Once you bring the item to the store, if a replacement is available, we can exchange it or not. If no replacement is available or if you don’t wish to exchange it for other goods, we will issue a cash refund or store exchange credit.
