Sourced from Madagascar and utilizing the final distillation process, Aura Cacia’s Ylang Ylang III Essential oil presents a deeper, less sweet, more herbaceous and earthy aroma. Used heavily in skin care products for it’s balancing and regulating applications, it can help prevent excessive dryness in skin and hair. It can also soothe inflammation while strengthening skin. Commercially and in combination with other oils, has also been used in products to kill head lice. In aromatherapy, it is said to be antidepressant, aphrodisiac and sedative.
